An automated email will be forwarded on the registered email account with a link that will take him to a page with an application form. He will have to fill in the application with his contact details and submit it back to the registry. Once done, he will receive a call back from the advisors to verify the account and the webmaster will be provided with a PIN. This PIN needs to be updated in the application.
