2 Eligibility

• Submit a claim via our contact page within 30 days of the qualifying purchase.
• Provide valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) upon request.

3 Affiliate Tracking

Affiliate sales are tracked via cookies and URL parameters. We can only verify and award the promotion if the affiliate commission is successfully registered with our affiliate network after your purchase.

We are not responsible for failed tracking due to browser extensions (ad blockers, privacy tools), cleared cookies prior to checkout, or use of private/incognito browsing without re-clicking our link.

5 Fair Use Policy

• Running scripts or processes that consume excessive server resources
• Storing or distributing pirated software, media, or other copyrighted material
• Mining cryptocurrency or running automated bots

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

6 Verification & Activation

After you submit your claim through our contact page, we will verify whether the affiliate commission has been credited to our account. This process typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the affiliate network’s reporting cycle.

If the commission is confirmed, we will set up your free hosting account and send login credentials to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline claims where affiliate tracking cannot be verified.

7 Limitation of Liability

WebsiteHostingDeal.com provides the free hosting account on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, data retention, or specific performance levels for promotional accounts.

We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from the use, interruption, or termination of the free hosting account. Our maximum liability under this promotion is limited to the retail value of a 1GB, 12-month hosting plan.

8 Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Existing confirmed accounts will not be affected by discontinuation of the promotion for new claimants.

9 Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.

EU consumers retain the right to seek alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
